At Serenica Wellbeing, we provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and spiritually aligned mental health services tailored to the needs of Muslims and diverse communities. Workshops & Training

Empowering Communities & Professionals

We deliver high-impact training for professionals and accessible community education designed to:

  • Increase mental health literacy in Muslim and multicultural communities
  • Equip clinicians, educators, and chaplains with trauma-informed, culturally responsive skills
  • Provide Islamic Psychology intensives, exploring the soul (nafs), fitrah, and holistic healing) and psychological insights
  • Support burnout and vicarious trauma prevention for frontline workers

Community Programs & Advocacy

Transforming Systems, for Collective Healing

We design and deliver community-based mental health and wellbeing programs focused on:

  • Muslim school wellbeing programs – including student resilience, teacher support, and staff PD
  • Refugee and displaced community support – psychosocial healing, identity restoration, and cultural reconnection
  • Collaborations with NGOs, schools, and government bodies to ensure inclusive, anti-racist, culturally safe systems
  • Advocacy initiatives raising awareness around intergenerational trauma, Islamophobia, family violence, and youth distress
  • Safe spaces for discussion, healing, and empowerment through forums, listening circles, and community summits
